Hims & Hers Co-Leads Arboretum’s $30 Million Series A

Gunderson Dettmer represented Hims & Hers as a lead investor in Arboretum LifeSciences’ $30 million Series A financing.

Arboretum launched alongside the financing announcement with a mission to bring precision medicine to common diseases. The next-generation molecular information company integrates AI, genetic testing and clinical data to improve clinical trial design, enable more efficient patient enrollment and support new models for biopharma collaboration.

Arboretum will use the funding to expand access to clinically indicated genetic testing and build a research network to advance patient care and drug development.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Tim Kulis and included Taylor DiChello, Julie Bateman, and Jace Clegg.
